Parking

You can purchase parking permits on the university’s parking portal website: https://rochester.t2hosted.com/ You can add yourself to a waitlist for specific lots.

VCS grad students qualify for employee parking rates, which are much cheaper than student rates. It’s about $130 for the academic year as of 2024-2025. It usually qualifies you for the Zone 2 North lot, which is the one right across the street from the library parking lot.

NOTE: If you have trouble with purchasing permits online, in general the parking office at 70 Goler House is helpful if you go and purchase the permit in person (you will have to go there to pick up the physical permit regardless).

Printing

You can pay to print in several places around campus, but VCS students have access to the printer in the Morey mailroom. In order to print there, you need to connect a device to the UR_Connected wifi and then print to this IP address: 172.30.230.8.

There is also a copy code, which is written on a sticky note on the printer (most recently it was 9249).
